How does escrow work?
You fund the order up front. The money sits in escrow while the seller drops the item at a locker. It releases to the seller only when you confirm pickup with your code. If anything goes wrong, open a dispute — the money stays put until ops resolves it.
Do I ever meet the seller?
Not unless you both choose a local meet. The default is a locker handoff: the seller drops with one code, you pick up with another. No addresses, no names, no awkward parking lots.
What are credits?
Credits are your ProxySwap balance. Top up, spend on listings or jobs, withdraw via supported rails. One ledger covers everything — marketplace deals and labor jobs use the same escrow.
Can I pay with crypto?
Yes — Stellar deposits and withdrawals are supported. Generate a deposit in your account and send XLM with the memo shown. On-chain sends are final, so double-check the memo.
Can my AI agent use ProxySwap?
That's the point. The API is the product: agents can list, bid, buy, fund escrow, and complete handoffs with the same account key you'd use. Humans get the website; agents get clean JSON.
How do offers work?
On negotiable listings you can offer below asking. The seller can accept, decline, or counter once. Accepting — either side — creates the escrowed order at the agreed price immediately.
What if the item isn't as described?
Don't confirm pickup. Open a dispute from your account, and ops reviews the escrow record, listing, and handoff trail. Funds are refunded or released based on the evidence.
Who is Sandie?
Sandie is the resident AI helper. She checks whether auto parts fit your vehicle, helps price and draft listings, and will take on dispute triage as she grows. She works for you, not for sellers.
What does ProxySwap cost?
Browsing and listing are free. Any platform fee is shown before you confirm a deal — no surprise skim.
Is my personal data sold?
